14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

IntentFox is a paid-upfront service. We charge your card at checkout and give you instant access to the full product. To remove all risk from that decision, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on both the Starter ($49/mo) and Pro ($99/mo) plans.

If IntentFox doesn't deliver qualified, high-intent leads to your Slack within 14 days of subscribing, email us at hello@intentfox.cloud from the address you signed up with and request a refund. We will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no forms to fill in, no delay.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@intentfox.cloud within 14 days of your initial payment
2. Use the subject line: Refund Request
3. Include the email address associated with your IntentFox account

That's it. We process refunds within one business day. Your subscription will be cancelled and your workspace deactivated at the same time.

After 14 days

Refunds are not available after the 14-day guarantee period has passed. You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future charges — your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

Partial months

We do not issue prorated refunds for partial billing periods after the 14-day guarantee window. Cancellation stops the next charge; it does not refund the current period.
